Shipping (US and Canada)
We use USPS, DHL, or UPS Ground as our shipping carriers. Orders are typically expected to be delivered within 7-10 business days following the processing time. For those seeking expedited delivery, we offer Priority shipping for an additional cost. Pricing details and estimated delivery times can be found during the checkout process.
Processing Time: Our standard practice is to dispatch orders 4-5 business days after the order has processed and fullfilled. Remember, we are a small business, so we are doing a lot by ourselves! We appreciate your patience. During peak periods, such as holidays, orders may take longer. Please note that orders placed on Friday through Sunday will be processed for fulfillment on Mondays and Tuesdays. We do not arrange shipments on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Tracking: Upon processing your order, you will receive an email containing a tracking number for your reference.
Potential for delays: We are committed to ensuring the prompt delivery of all orders. Trust us, we want you to have the merch as quickly as possible! However, it is important to bear in mind that when selecting our faster shipping options, we rely on estimated delivery dates provided by our carriers. In rare instances, packages may arrive outside the estimated timeframe.
Shipping Restrictions: At present, our shipping services extend to the United States and Canada. But don’t worry, we are working hard to bring The Bo-Hawg™ to Europe and across the globe in the not-so-distant future.
