Return policy
Our return policy encompasses a 21-day window. For Bo-Hawg™ items, you have the option to return any unused, undamaged, and unwashed merchandise within 21 days of receiving your purchase. You can choose between an exchange, refund, or store credit with a deduction of 10% per item being returned to cover shipping, restocking, and handling fees. Exchanges for the same item(s) are free. Should 21 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. To complete a return, we request a receipt or proof of purchase, which must include your order number and details. Certain categories of products are exempt from the return policy, including the following items: (1) Gift cards, (2) customized items with customer monograms, (3) items whose main functions are used for drinking and/or eating, and (4) other items that might be exposed to any type of bodily fluids. Refunds (if applicable): Once your request has been received via email, we will ask you to provide a photo of the item(s) you are requesting a refund for. Additionally, we will ask for a copy of the original purchase receipt. It is required that you provide both of these. Failure to provide both will result in a cancelation of your request, and refund denied.
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), you will receive an email notifying you of its reception. You will also be informed of whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you have not received your refund, please begin by checking your bank account. Subsequently, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. If the refund remains elusive, get in touch with your bank, as processing times can vary. Should these steps prove fruitless, and you still await your refund, kindly reach out to us at store@bohawg.com.
Sale items (if applicable): Refunds are exclusively available for regular-priced items. Regrettably, final sale items are ineligible for refunds or exchanges.
Exchanges (if applicable): Exchanges are only accommodated for items that do not fit (too large, too small). To initiate an exchange for the same item. Start the process by filling out this return form, and a return label will be provided to you via email. . Please allow 1-2 business days to receive the label.
Gifts (if applicable): If an item was designated as a gift during purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the return’s value. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. In cases where the item was not marked as a gift during purchase or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, a refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.
Shipping: Exchanges are generally free, except for final sale items. In the event of a refund, any expedited shipping costs covered by the customer will be deducted from the refund amount. Please be aware that the delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
International refund policy: The Bo-Hawg is a small, growing business. Currently, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for items shipped outside the United States due to the elevated cost associated with international shipping. We appreciate your understanding and support! However, we are working toward being able to share The Bo-Hawg™ internationally in the not-so-distant future.
